At Ambient Health, I offer mental health therapy and wellness coaching designed to help you create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to support you in developing a greater sense of balance, resilience, and self-understanding.

Mental Health Therapy
Virtual or in-person sessions are available for adults who are physically located in Minnesota at the time of the appointment.

My approach is person-centered, empathetic, mindful, and holistic. Your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as deeply interconnected. Each person also exists within a social system and is shaped by relationships and experiences with others. These influences often shape the beliefs we hold about ourselves and the world around us.

When negative self-beliefs develop, they can lead to patterns of behavior that no longer serve us. In our work together, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your authentic self, understand the patterns that impact your life, and develop practical skills to regulate your nervous system and improve your overall well-being.​
